I would like to inform you that the Qatari Labor Law gives the employer the right to end the work during the probation period which must not exceed 6 months since the work started.
The employer must notify the worker that he wants to terminate the contract before 3 days from the termination. One the termination is done; you don’t have any rights from the employer

Article 39
It may be stipulated in the contract that the worker be put on probation for the period agreed upon by both parties, provided that it does not exceed six months from the date of commencement of work.
The worker may not be placed on probation more than once with the same employer.
The employer may terminate the contract during the probationary period, if he finds out that the worker is not fit to perform the work, provided that the worker is notified of this, at least three days before the date of termination of the contract.
