the treatment is based upon the severty of the signs and symptoms and usually the doctors begin with nun steroidal agents such as diclofenac then steroids such as prednisolone then an immunosupressive agents such as methotrexate then if the trick didnt work then an intra artucular steroidal injection such as hydrocortizone injection, a biological agents are reserved for those in which whom the conventional treatment methods didnt work such as influximab and at last a surgical prosthetic joint might be the last option if the patient have a severe joint deformety

at first the doctor will take the past medical history plus the family history , do a clinical examination , blood tests such as rheumatoid factor in blood tests, c reactive protein, rediological images such as xrays and CAT SCANS AND MRI

we urgeyou to do a follow up visit for the rheumatoligist for the right diagnosis and the correct treatment anjd in case the curent drug didnt worck for you the doctor might titrate the doses or increase ore add or even change the approach for you
