What is Circumcision?
is a procedure in which the foreskin is surgically removed. The foreskin covers the head (or glans) of the penis and is often removed at birth for personal or religious reasons. This is also called a full circumcision.
how it is done ?
mostly done with parital anesthatic for pelvic area less likely to be under full anasthetic 
and you  can remove for full foresin or paritally 
In many cases, only the topmost portion of the foreskin is removed, exposing the tip of the penis but leaving the bottom, or corona, of the penis head covered by the remaining foreskin tissue.
What are the complication from surgery ?
This is often a complication of phimosies ,balntasies  or infections that occur underneath your foreskin.

and you may complain from pain for 3 days in which you should take cataflam 3 toimed daily after food
