The federal government in the UAE issued the closure of some sectors in order to face the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, and therefore no formal transaction can take place until after the opening of these sectors. In this regard, the Federal Government decided not to impose fines for overstaying the stay until the end of the measures taken to combat the Corona pandemic

We would like to inform you that Procedures for obtaining a residence permit shall be made after obtaining a work permit from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, which entitles the holder to enter the UAE for the purpose of work then the sponsoring facility will arrange for the worker to obtain a residence permit within a period of 60 days, which includes a medical examination, a resident's identity card, a work card and a residence visa stamp on his passport, which indicates that the worker resides in the UAE by sponsoring the establishment
