good am doc. i would like to consult you about my vagina that theres a light green yeast coming if i can attach picture then i can show you. im afraid to consult to an ob gyne since i dont have enough money to pay for. but in my case when i search. i dont feel pain while urinating, but everytime i always see yeast on my panty . what will i do doc? im afraid

Treatment of greenish vaginal discharge
IT is common symptoms due to infection and inflammation. At first, you have to increase your intake of water to decease salts as you can. Avoid itching by your hands to decrease allergy and itching and irrritation of vagina. Use gynedektazole supp. once daily for five days to relieve discharge you have and use METRONIDAZOLE 500 mg twice daily for ten days also.
Investigations to do
You can do urine analysis to diagnose UTI if present. Also, you can take vaginal discharge swab and culture to determine the cause of infection and proper treatment.
Symptoms of vaginal infection
There are many symptoms like
- Lower abdominal pain
- Back pain
- Dysurea
- Vaginal discharge
- Itching
- Burning sensation
