Assalaamu aly kum, I am currently living Abu Dhabi. I want to give power of attorney to one of my friend living in Doha, Qatar. Can I apply for power of attorney in Doha and give it to my friend once it is ready? or I can only prepare a power of attorney in Abu Dhabi and send it to Doha? Please clarify. Thanks in advance.
