1. life style 
2. some types of mediction as a side effect 
3. high blood pressure 
4. injuries 
5. secondary to chronic diseases ( usually have other sings and symptoms ) 
6. infections ( usually have other sings and symptoms ) 
General advices to cope with general weakness : 
1. regulat your meals and have healthy eating habits 
2. avoid fast food & and oily meals 
3. avoid suger and alcoholic or soft drinks such as cola 
4. have plenty of rest 
5. exercise regularly 
6. drink plenty of water 
7. avoid stress and anxiety 
8. take ibuprofen to relieve pain 
9. if you still have pain , consult an internal medicine doctor

1. physical examination
2. blood test 
3. vitals test 
4. tests of thyroid hormones levels
