What is the Treatment of Headache and shoulder pain ?
- Do clinical assessment in the nearest medical center
- Have balanced healthy diet contain all essential nutrients to body
- Drink water as much as you can
- Sleep well and regularly
- Avoid anxiety and stress
- Vitamin supplements such as Vitamax caps : One capsule daily
- For shoulder pain :
