Also, you can agree with the Hotle Management to hire an expert to review the damage. If the amount exceeds your ability then you can go to the court and apply to install the amount on payments according to your ability till you pay all the amount. Note that the decided amount you are obliged to pay and there is no pardon if you are the one who is responsible for the accident.
