We would like to inform you that the work contract is of two copies and a copy is delivered to the worker, and accordingly, you can ask the employer for a copy of your employment contract, and if the employer does not deliver a copy of your employment contract to you, then you can file a complaint against the employer before the competent labor department.
This is according to the provisions of the Labor Law, which states:
Article (35)
Subject to the provisions of Article (2), the work contract shall be in writing in two copies, one of which is received by the worker and the other to the employer, and if there is no written contract, all its conditions may be proven by all legal methods of proof.
