hello sir,
My name is Muhammad iqbal. i actually want to ask some thing about my self i m 32 years old married man. because i m very shy so em asking about me. the problem is that my private part didn't work properly. whenever i do the sex with my wife, i need to use the viagra, with out viagra i cant do it. because it doesn't stand up. its full dull. so would u please assist me that what i need to do, that everything will be alright.

1. following the healthy and appropriate way to do the sexual intercourse with your partner
