Hello doctor my kid falls on escalator before...
Hello doctor my kid falls on escalator before 2months and her ring finger injured...her nail gone and other side there was a wound and stitched...and there was a frature too and we didn’t consult the physician because it was already dressed for 1month....and yesterday she falls again and her same finger swelled and there is redness too...but due to corona iam afraid to consult doctor...so I made a card board like thing and straightly bind with her finger.....is it enough for my kids finger??what shall I do now??

Treatment
in case of fractures it is possible that the fracture is not visible and it is believed that it is
just swelling and it is accompanied by severe pain. Therefore, it is advised to use ice to reduce
the severity of the swelling with a good finger grip and the use of painkillers paracetmol 15mg
orall, and tranfer to hospital
