Treatment of chest pain

It ia common complaint due to many factors and causes. Firstly . it is better to avoid stress and anxiety as you can as high percent of chest pain is due to stress and depression. Also ,you have to avoid heavy works and lifting heavy objects to relax chest muscles. Apply topical analgesic cream like FAST RELIEFE GEL three times daily to relieve chest pain and take analgesic like IBUPROFEN 400 mg three times daily to relieve pain.

Investigations to do

You can do CBC , Chest x ray and ECG to exclude commonest causes like chest spasm and heart diseases and anemia
