hello sir and mam i already completed 12 years...
hello sir and mam
i already completed 12 years after that again i renewed my visa for two years its been one year over and remaining is one year and because of this disaster I resigned now my PRO is saying deduct my gratuity for not completing last visa. My question is they can deduct my gratuity?
Please give me information I really don’t know about it thank you.

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
