Use of analgesics such as paracetamol or ibuprofen Two pills a day for 5 days , and use of antibiotics to treat testicular infections such as levofloxacin 500 mg Two pills a day for 5 days , and Proper nutrition , and drink plenty of water , and Rest and avoid excessive stress and movement , and Wear comfortable underwear , and Treat chronic conditions as hernia

Clinical examination of the patient at the urologist , and Urine analysis To check for urinary tract infections
?  What are the causes of testicular pain 

• Inflammation of the testes
• Exposure to bruising, blow or injury
• Diabetes
• Kidney stones or ureter or bladder
