Hi
My self Fathima nousheena age 32 from Sharjah UAE. Before two weeks cold started for me along with normal cough. Past 3 days it is completely dry cough and planning to visit nearby clinic. kindly advice.

What is the treatment of cough?
Drink warm beverages such as chamomile, flowers and anise, hot soup
stop smoking
Take azithromycin 500mg once daily for 5 days
Take dextrometorphan syrup once daily
in case of fever and weakness I recommend isolationg yourself and take an exam of corona if you remember habing contact with someone who had cough and being in an infected area

Smoking
some drugs
respiratory tract infections
Pneumonia
asthma
hypersensitivity
What are the necessary tests in your case?
You should check with your doctor for a clinical examination
Chest x-ray
Full blood test
Make a CT image if necessary
