Hello, When I lay down on bed, and if I suddenly...
Hello,
When I lay down on bed, and if I suddenly take deep breath it makes sound like crashing on my middle of right back.
It’s been 5/6 years and recently same on left side also.
But not every breathing.
Only first or second deep breathing

What causes your chest crackles ?
usually this medical condition is caused by phelgm accomulation especially if you are a smoker , its an act of clearing lung
Do you have to consult a doctor in this case ?
if there is no accompanied symptoms , no need for that
If there is accompanied symptoms , what to do ?
- consult an internist
- do chest x-ray and lung function test
General advices :
1. avoid smoking
2. drink plenty of water
3. have high vitamin C intake through food and drinks

I used to,but I quit smoking, sometimes I do. I have problem of gastritis.And several times I need to go to toilet.

For gastritis you must take nexium 40 mg once daily
And falagyl 3 times daily
And you must do urine analysis to exclude urinary tract infection or diabetes melitus which came with polyuria and abdominal pain

I don’t have any diabetes and I don’t feel urinary problem. I have gastritis problem.I feel when I take deep breath at lying position at first breath I feel crackles sound from my right back side little bit down of lungs. There is no pain but sometimes it feels catching

are you smoking ??if you are smojking it causes creptation at lower lung

I used to but I quit 2/3 years before.Sometimes I do rarely.

Okay I advised you to quiet it at all
And do chest x ray to exclude collapsed lung or pleural effusion
For gastritis it's mean that there is abdominal pain with vomiting and diarrhea and generlazid weakness mostly came from viral or bacterial or protozoal infection
