I am suffering of continues phlegm very hard to breath. While breathing sleeping there is sound. Please help me i am 55 years old. Please help

What is the treatment of your symptoms ?
- bed rest and physical comfort
- Drink lots of hot liquid Kalinson, chamomile, marinated and other herbs
- Rinse with water and salt
- Use of antihistamines to relieve sore throat
- Use medications that contain painkillers such as paracetamol
- Proper nutrition and eating foods rich in vitamin C that helps strengthen the body's immunity
- Antibioitics for infection : Augmentin1gm twice daily for 10 days

Complete clinical assessment for your condition which include CBC for infection . an X-ray for chest infection and pneumonia . Other tests accordingly .
