Hai can u please help me may company took my passport and they dont want to give me my NOC but the ysaidbif i will pay the 6000reyal from the conpany they will give it back to me then i pay i'd borrowed money from my friend then after i d paid they said they will give my passport to CID

You may also file an additional complaint at the Human Rights Department of the Ministry of Interior.
Also, you shall file a complaint at the Ministry of Labor against the employer.
