HiI purchase three units from azizi developments in 2017 and later requested Azizi to merge them into one unit as I was not able to pay. Meantime I got escrow letter from ADCB bank confirming the amount in all three units signed by their manager. In august 2018 units were merged in to one studio and i received letter from bank regarding my final amount that is 454866 aed. Also they send rera tas break down report of one of my unit confirming amount deposited with dates. Suddenly azizi started saying that this amount is wrong and by mistake they made the payment into my account instead of other customer.I provided them photocopy of my receipts also as i lost some original receipts while shifting of home but they are denying it.How can we resolve this matter as i made payment to azizi and azizi made payment to my bank escrow account.i have original signed letters from adcb bank indicating the amount and also tas break down report of rera of one unit with payment deposited on each date. When i ask bank to give me tas break down report of remaining 2 units to clarify the payment they said ask the developer. While azizi also not giving tas report and refering me to bank.
