i am in qarantine in uae.i am taking my regular diabetic medicine and as i had body pain i took BRUFEN/CETRIZINE/PANADOL.Now i i hve dry cough and my mouth becomes dry can you plz help me

What is the treatment of Dry cough and throat pain ?
You need to do few tests in the nearest medical center for complete clinical assessment and evaluation . Besides you have to follow the following :
- Bed rest and drink enough amount of water every day .
- Take Antipyretic as Paracetamol for the fever with treatment of any underlying condition as Bacterial infection with Amoxillin500 twice daily for 10 days .
- Anti-tussive medications .
- Antihistamine for congested throat and rhinitis such as CETRIZINE
