Hi I wanted to know about marriage procedure

We would like to inform that Knowing that the procedures for marriage of foreigners in Kuwait come as follow:
The two spouses, the wife's guardian and two witnesses must attend the documentation office at the Ahmadi courts complex or the Al-Rukhi courts complex. The application form shall be filled out and the required fees must be attached and paid. The following documents must be attached:
Civil ID and valid passports for residents, Inventory of legacy for a widow, the letter of the executive committee and a proof of ID for foreigners who are residing illegally, a letter from the insurance as of to indicate the status of the husband whether he is a student or a worker or has no job, information or inventory of inheritance if the guardian is deceased, bring (Special power of attorney).
A certificate of divorce (If divorced woman)
