We would like to inform you that according to Qatari Labor Law stipulates the disciplinary sanctions that may be imposed on workers are:
Article 59
The warning shall be verified by a written letter addressed to the worker, which shall notify him of the violation he has committed, calling on him not to repeat it, and warning him to impose a harsher penalty in case of recidivism.
Deduction from the wage of the worker for a period not exceeding five days for the single violation.
3. Suspension from work while depriving the worker of wages for a period not exceeding five days for one violation.
4. Suspension from work without pay or reduced remuneration pending the determination of the criminal charge against him.
About the duration of the stay.
5. Postponing the grant of the annual allowance, for a period not exceeding six months, or depriving it, in establishments where there is a system of bonuses.
6. Postponement of promotion for a period not exceeding one year in establishments where there is a promotion system.
7. Dismissal from work while preserving the right to end of service benefits.
