How to treat Flu ?
Actually, flu does not need any treatment. It's adviasable to drink plenty of hot fluids as well as limon and honey. Strepsils tabs are good to releive thorat gongestion along with loratidine 10mg one tab per day. Paracetamol tabs or Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily can be used. If there is a suspecious of bacterial infection, then antibiotic will be prescribed such as azithromycin 500mg one tab daily for 3 days
What is monas 10 ?
This is the commercial name for Montelukast which is used in the treatment of asthma and there is no indication to be used for Flu

Flu is usally diagnosed bu history and physical examination without running any investigations
