the most common cause is over tension and lack of sleep and taking overdose from caffein but we must exclude out pathological causes as hypertention atrial fibrillation or supraventicular fibrillation

-ECG 
- level of tsh t3 t4 
How to treat ?
sleep eneough time at night 
and avoid caffeine before bed time 
avoid tension and you can take deanxit 3 times daily 
indral one tan daily 
indicardin 10 mg for maximum dose 3 times daily 
concor 2.5 mg once daily 
carbimizapole and thiouracil for hyperthyrodism 
if tremors and shaking hand stil exist you take hypoten 50 mg once daily
