Good evening, can I be granted court marriage now...

We would like to inform you that to complete the marriage procedures in Dubai courts according to the Islamic Sharia, then the following conditions shall be met:

1. Registering the marriage contract electronically on the Dubai Courts website. The sender then receives a reference number on his authorization/approval to review the courts on a specified date and immediately commence the necessary procedures to complete the contract.
2. At least one of the parties to the marriage contract (husband, wife or guardian) must have a work or residence visa in Dubai. As, both spouses must submit their personal ID and passport to prove their identity and visa status.
3. The age of one spouse shall not exceed the age of the other. If one of the spouses is under the age of 18, the consent of the President of the Personal Status Court must be obtained.
4. The couple must submit a medical certificate issued by a government hospital / government clinic that provides verifications of no such diseases as AIDS or thalassemia.

Both spouses come with the father of the bride and two male Muslim witnesses. The couple must wear appropriate clothing, and the wife must wear decent clothing, with no part of her body is shown except the necessary. If the father of the girl is not alive, the death certificate must be submitted and the closest guarantor must attend (adult son, brother, uncle, cousin or nephew). If the father of the bride is alive but unable to attend in person, he may delegate a proxy to the parent of the bride to complete the marriage procedure through an officially accredited agency.

A certificate of proving the social status approved from the consulates of both bride and groom's countries and a

Authenticated medical test that shows the good health of both of them.

The presence of the bride's father r any relative (by making a power of attorney for a Muslim person) in the UAE.
