no its an emergency and you should go to the hospital unless you know what you are dealing with here
i cannt give you a single pill to take and the patient will restore his breathing but here are some pills according to the clinical diagnosis
at last as i told you before difficulty breathing specially in boys and males aboe the age of 35 is considred top emergency and should be seen by a medical professional whatsoever
my advice call emergency service in your country and one other thing there is no such thing as the magic pill that can be taken to treat breathing difficulty and if you dont know what is the dignosis then give him nothing because a wrong medication can make things worse in case of you dont know whats going on with him

- it you know that your husband is having asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease then give him prednosolone tablet 40 mg
- if you know that your husband is having a heart failure then lasix pills 40-60 mg are a very good choice + isosorbid dinitrate if he is hypertensive for now ( 2.5-5 mg sublingual)
- in case of you know that your husband has a coronary artery disease then call emergency right now and give him aspirin 300 mg to chew while on the way
- in you know that he is having a chest infection then call the emergency medical services as he might need an intubated and placed on a ventelator machine
