Good evening sir, actually in our company here in...
Good evening sir, actually in our company here in Abhi Dhabi 2 persons are corona positive and even then our company is not going to stop the work. Company is giving options either you come for job or resign. Otherwise company will stop all our salary and allowance. We are worried without money how we will survive here as we are living here on rent. Please suggest what to do in this situation.

We would like to inform you that if your inquiry is related to the company requesting you to come to work or resign despite the presence of two persons infected with corona, here is the following information:
You shall file a complaint against the employer, provided that the complaint is submitted to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. You may also, instead of submitting a complaint, negotiate with the employer in order to prevent corona-infected patients from being present at the company, in addition to sterilizing the company to avoid infection of corona virus.
And if the company does not respond to this request, you may proceed with filing a complaint against the employer because it endangers your life and puts the workers at risk because of the employer's request to come to the workplace although there are two people infected with corona virus.

Sir thanks for your response. Actually company did sterilisation in workshop yesterday, but the persons who are affected by corona, where they have been isolated, no body knows. And the company is hiding all the information about affected people. They were affected a week ago and company didn't not close the work, company was hiding the reality. We were told that no need to worry they have chickens pox only. And 2 days before they informed our one person is corona positive. Our concern is that may be it would had spread already to many peoples because all were coming to job. Now we are scared how to work there. There may be many persons who may be already affected.Please share what to do in this condition
