taking full medical history , and clinical examination , doing pregnancy test such as levels of the pregnancy hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) and ultrasound scan on the uterus , then test the level of prolactine hormone and thyroid hormone , and doing U/S on Ovary and falobian tube
