A fine of one hundred dirhams shall be imposed for each day of overstay of those have visit or tourist visa. You will only be allowed to leave the UAE after paying these fines.
You have the right to submit a reques to exempt you from 50% of the amount of these fines in exchange for allowing you to leave the UAE and imposing a ban against you for a year. We also recommend that you review the General Directorate of Residence in order to explain the situation related to your desire to travel and leave the UAE and do not find flights due to the measures that have been taken to prevent the outbreak of CoronaVirus.
The General Directorate of Residence will consider your application and issue the appropriate decision.
