Hi good afternoon.. Im working in retail shop.. I got my termination letter last February 27 2020.. Now my employer they want me to cancel my visa but when i asked regarding my settlement he said he can't give my settlement because there's no money.. What should i do now? Thanks

We would like to inform you that if your work contract is terminated, then you are entitled to get the end of services benefits, travel expenses and other dues from the employer.
As the worker who has completed one or more years of continuous service shall be entitled to severance pay at the end of his employment. The days of absence from work without pay shall not be included in calculating the period of service.
At the expiry of the contract, the employer shall bear the expenses of returning the worker to the authority from which he imported it or to any other place that the parties have agreed upon.
The return expenses are the value of his travel ticket, as well as the worker's contract or the facility's system may stipulate that the worker is entitled to his family travel expenses and the expenses of shipping his luggage.
