The sponsored may not proceed without permission and the sponsor's signature, and if you may not find your sponsor, you may submit an application to the Ministry of Human resources for approval to cancel the visa without the consent of the sponsor and the Ministry will consider the matter with the relevant authorities and issue a decision in that regard.
