treatment:

regarding your chest pain its mainly due to muscles spasm of the chest wall muscles and it might occur due to trauma, falling down ,abnormal posture ,aggressive movement of the arm or being exposed to cold air .and it can be managed by using warm pads on the chest, applying topical diclofene twice a day and a muscle relaxant such sirdalud 2 tablets twice a day with one tablet a day of Baclofen at night.

diagnosis:

based on medical history and symptoms ,then physical examination by the doctor

symptoms :

• localized pain on the chest wall
• pain aggravated by movement or touch or laughing or coughing or sneezing
• patient aggravated by deep inspiration
