1. consult a urology doctor to do the needed medical examnation and determine the treatment pathway
2. have a healthy life style including : healthy diet , exercise , regular healthy sleep pattern
3. avoid smoking 
4. avoid unsafe sexual intercourse 
5. if you have uretheral infections , it will be treated as UTI by antibiotics ( orally ) such as levofloxacin
6. if you have any uretheral or prostatic injury or inflammation , it will be treated by antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication such as iboprufen
