3. Deportation (for foreign nationals)

The penalties mentionned above may be handed out to individuals who commit the following offenses:

Drinking alcohol in a public place

Possession of alcoholic beverages in public

Bringing alcohol to a public place even if the reson is not to consume

Being found intoxicated in public
