Hi currently my company asked me to take my vacation balance plus unpaid 30 days leave of absence I know due to the current situation they can do this note it's big multinational co I am based in Dubai however I want to ask if I am diabetic and have my family here would the medical condition change the decision if I provide evidence from hospital?
