They send me termination letter just before probation period ends 12 days before what’s my rights here , all this uncontrollable conditions and working from home

The Labour Law has given the employer the right to terminate the employment contract during the probationary period without compensation or warning.
Here is the text of the labour law, related to your request:
Article 37 :
The employee may be appointed for a probationary period not to exceed six months, and the employer may terminate the services of the employee during this period without giving a notice or end of service remuneration. Appointment of the employee on probation basis in the service of one particular employer may not be made more than once. However if the employee passed the probationary period satisfactorily, and remained in service, such period of service shall be computed in the period of his service.

What about current conditions??? Can’t leave country if visa is canceled what about health insurance I think these should remain considering what the world is going through isn’t there any special government new law for this ?

Kindly be noted that if the employer sends you a letter to end your service 12 days before the end of the probation period, in this case the employer is entitled to dispense the services of the worker during the probation period without giving a notice and without paying the end of service benefits

This is not acceptable answer , UAE Goverment made some protection laws for the citizens and residence are they applicable in my case ref residency and health care that’s simply my question Thanks
