this is early morning in UAE..i cant sleep very well.. i have back pain and my down ass is burning.. some times i have gas on my stomach.. i cant sleep very well.. this is usual .. but today is heavy.. when i drink water full of my stomach its feeling relaxed.. please help me i want to sleep
