If your inquiry is about obtaining the settlement paper from the company, find the following information:
The Qatari Labor Law obligates the employer to grant the worker the finished and settlement paper of any party upon the termination of the work contract.
You have to check with your employer in order to get that document.
If your employer refuses to give it to you this paper, you can file a complaint at the Qatar Ministry of Labor.

Article (53)
The employer shall upon expiry of the service contract:
1. Give the worker upon his demand, free of charge, a service certificate indicating the date of his engagement in the employment, the date of expiry of his employment, the type of work he was performing and the amount of wage he was receiving.
2. Return to the worker the certificates, documents etc. which the worker deposited with the employer.
