We would like to inform you that The Council of Ministers issued a decree exempting all violators of the Law on Entry and Residence of Foreigners from all fines incurred against them whenever the violation occurred before the first of March of this year. Holders of entry permits and visas, or the category of residents whenever they began leaving the country during the grace period granted to them, which is from May 18, and for a period of 3 months, as this amnesty includes exemption from all fines arising from the ID card or expired work permits.
