we dont know the cost presicly , but its usually range from 250 - 600 $
How to deal with circumcision bleeding :
1. usually the doctor will recommand some steps to deal with it such as putting local medications and change it cover every other day 
2. follow doctor instruction and consult him/her if any symptoms appeared 
3. make sure your private area have well air entry 
4. bleeding shouldnt last longer than 1-2 days 
How long time do you need to recove ?
around 2 - 4 weeks 
- during this time , masturbation and sexual intercourse should be avoided
