Please, kindly be noted that if you are a Ugandan residing in Bahrain and wish to join the Bahraini army, in this case it is not allowed to appoint a non-Bahraini in the Bahraini Defense Force, as it is required for appointment in conditions of joining the Bahraini Defense Force to be a Bahraini national
This is in accordance with the provisions of the Bahrain Defense Force law, which stipulates:
Article (25)
Those who are appointed to the Defense Force must fulfill the following conditions:
A. He must be Bahraini by nationality.
B. To be fit for military service and to pass the scheduled medical exam determined by the medical committee board.
C. To be of well-conduct and not convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude or dishonesty.
D. He must not have belonged to any party, group, or with any political affiliation, or participated in any act of political events or riots.
E. He must not have been expelled from military service before, or the Defense Force, General Security or the National Security system for any reason
