I want to ask about my situation here at qatar, I came here for work as a housemaid, but since I reached here from October 31 2019 I didnt try to go hospital for medical and finger print for the I'd here in Qatar I have only here my visa copy I think this is entry visa sir. ?

We would like to inform you that according to law in Qatar, contract signed with the employer is a contractual law and therefore it is binding on the parties and no party can violate what was agreed and signed, or you have the right to go to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
Article 3
The Service Contract shall specify the terms concerning the labour relationship between its two parties and in particular shall contain the following:­
1. The name of the employer and place of his work.
2. The name, qualifications, nationality, profession and residence of the worker and the proof necessary for his identification.
3. The date of conclusion of the contract.
4. The nature and type of the work and place of contracting.
5. The date of commencement of the work.
6. The period of the contract if the contract is of a definite duration.
7. The agreed wage and the method and date of the payment thereof.
8. Any provisions or data provided for in this Law.
Article (17)
The user may terminate the employment contract before the expiry of his term and retain his right to end of service indemnity in any of the following cases:
1. If the employer breaches his obligations under the provisions of this law or employment contract.
2. If the employer or his representative has used fraud at the time of contracting with the user in respect of the terms of use.
3. If the employer or a member of his or her family commits an attack on his body or life.
4. If there is a serious danger to the safety or health of the user, provided that the employer is aware of the existence of the hazard and has not worked to remove it.
*** In case of violation of the provisions of the contract of employment, you may address the Ministry of Labor and then leave the work and after proving the complaint and demanding all rights according to the law.
