Hi, My wife was working in a hospital in dubai for four months. Due to non payments of salary, she submitted resignation on 26th March. However the resignation was not accepted by the hospital and they were not ready to cancel the DHA license of my wife. Then we contacted DHA to cancel the license. However they need the labour card cancelation details to proceed. Then i contacted MOL to cancel the labor card and came to know that the hospital was not applied for my wifes work permit. What should I do

The objective is to cancel the license from DHA, so that she can join another facility and apply for a new dha license

But DHA needs a proof of cancelation of the previous work permit,. No work permit is processed by the previous employer
