what is the treatment of hepatitis

there is different types of hepatitis as it may be due to viral infection of hepatitis A and its treatment is well hydration with hospital admission and giving intravenous fluid and antiemetics lice metoclopramide given for nausea and in case of hepatitis B infection the same will be done in addition of antiviral drugs like  interferon alpha and entecavir and in case of hepatitis C the drug used is sofosbuvir and ledipasvir and there is other causes of hepatitis like autoimmune hepatitis which is treated by cortisone and drug induced hepatitis which is treated by stopping the cusative drug and well hydration

the diagnoses done by physical examination by hepatologist and liver function tests should be done and the normal levels of AST and ALT is less than 40 and the normal level of albumin is 3,5 to 5,5 and normal level of bilirubin is 0,4 to 1,2 and the normal level of gamma GT is 9to 48 and the normal level of phosphatase is 20 to 140 and abdominal ulatrasound should be done to exclude biliary tract obstruction
