Treatment of right lower chest pain
At first you shoud exclude cardiac diseases such as angina and myocardail infarction , by going to the ED and do ECG and Echocardigram and test the cardiac enzymes ,the treatmnet of the pain depend on the cause which is mostly due to biliary  colic or pancereatitis or H pylori , but the main causes can be treated after physical examination by surgeon like the  followin

1. Pantovir 40mg twice daily for 14 days
2. Metronidazole 500mg three times daily 14 days
3. Clarithromycin 500mg two times daily

note that you may need to keep using Pantover for longer time
you also may need surgical intervention if gallbladder or pancreas were the sources of pain
Diagnosis
by taking full history and doing cilinical examination , then CBC for detect the inflamation , and liver function test and  bilirobin direct ,total , and pancereatic enzyme , chest x-ray and ECG
Cause

• Peptic ulcer
• Acid reflux
• Gallbladder stones
• Pancreas inflamation
• Hernia
• Lower lobe chest infection
• Heart attack

Thera are many risk factors like

• non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like trofen or diclofen
• Usage of aspirin
• Smoking
• Excessive alcohol drinking

you shoud go to the ED to do the tests and clinical examination and get proper mangment
