2. doctor will perform endoscopy test to your nasal cavity as well as face Xray may be needed
What is the treatment options :
1. you can use OTC mucus relievers ( mostly every pharmacy have those products )
2. you may use a spary to relieve your nose closure such as Fluticasone ( inhalers )
3. you may oral corticostiroid if you medical illness is severe
4. life style advices :
- avoid smoking and any perfumed products or perfumes
- have a healthy life style and avoid headache triggers such as high brightness screens
- avoid cold enviroments and any food or situations triggers such as cold water
- in case of pain , you can use OTC pain killers such as ibuprofen
