I have a lump on my vaginal labia majora. The skin...
I have a lump on my vaginal labia majora. The skin is dark in colour where the lump is but it does not seem as a spot. When i feel it it is like a bump and when i squeeze i can feel a lump and it hurts. I have tried vaseline and tea tree oil and hot baths but it won’t go away and i do not want to go to hospital as it is advised to not go to hospital with the covid-19 issue. If you can kindly let me know what this could possibly be and how to deal with it.

It is more of a ball-like lump not just a bump. It is not like an ingrown hair spot. Is it possible to put medical cream without knowing whether it is bacterial or fungal infection. How can i tell if its an infection or a cyst? Your answer was not exactly helpful.

And it is painful to touch. Is there anything i can do at home to get rid of it or any cream i can buy? Because i do not want to go to hospital with the risk of catching covid19.
