Treatment of ear pain
It is common complaint due to many factors and causes. At first, on your case it is due to hitting on your ear thus it is better to take analgesics like IBUPROFEN 400 mg three times daily to relieve pain. Also, if there is ear discharge you can use Gentamycin ear drops four times daily to relieve discharge. Also, you have to seek for ENT examination and evaluation
Investigations to do
There no blood tests indicated at your case. You just need for ENT doctor examination

- Ear traumatic pain
- Ear infection and inflammation
- Ruptured Ear drum
- Ear abscess
