Please, kindly be noted that if your visa is in accordance with Article 20 and you wish to transfer it according to Article 18, then in this case you and your employer can notify the Naturalization, Passports and Residence Department at the end of your service. After that it is permissible to be granted regular residence to work in private sector based on an application submitted by a worker and the employer on a prepared form for this purpose. Added to that, there is attached a declaration and n undertake issued by the employer and approved by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, in which he / she pledges that the worker already works for him.
This is according to the provisions of the executive regulations of the Residence Law, which is as follow:

Article 18
Regular residence may be granted to work in the private sector based on an application submitted by the worker and the employer on the form prepared for that. Attached to it is a declaration and an undertake issued by the employer on a prepared form and approved by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in which he / she pledges that the worker works for him and notifies the Naturalization, Passports and Residence Department at the end of the work contract or its termination or change of his / her residence place and to return him / her to his country at his / her expense when his / her work ends with him. The aforementioned undertake and commitment must be submitted when applying for renewal of residence, provided that the employer indicates that the applicant is still working for him.

Article 20
Regular residence permits may be granted to work as a private servant and any kind of jobs like this. The application must have an attachment of a declaration from the employer written on a form No. (6) accompanying this decision in which the employer pledges that the servant works for him and notifies the Naturalization, Passports and Residence Department when his / her service ends or changes his / her residence place and that he shall returns him / her at his expense to his country when his work ends. This declaration must be submitted when applying for a renewal of residence, provided that the employer states that the servant is still working for him.
